FIBER.
WATER.
BOOM.

Going to the toilet really shouldn't be an achievement.

FiberBoom takes about two spoonfuls of psyllium husk — a plant-based fiber that loves water — and puts them into a bar that actually tastes good.

Real fiber. Real taste. Real boom.

SO. WHAT'S FIBERBOOM?

Psyllium.
But actually nice to eat.

We put a serious amount of psyllium husk into a proper bar.

No tub of powder. No measuring. No stirring. No beige glass of something you have to drink before it turns into wallpaper paste.

Just a bar. And somehow, it tastes really good.

BECAUSE APPARENTLY YOUR GUT HAS PLANS TOO

Everything was fine.
Then it wasn't.

Travel. Different food. Hard training. A new routine. Maybe GLP-1 medication.

Suddenly you're bloated. You're less regular. You're drinking coffee less for enjoyment and more as a negotiation tactic.

And the bathroom starts taking up far more mental space than a bathroom deserves.

Sometimes you need effective fiber.

ABOUT FIBER

MORE FIBER

THE RIGHT
FIBER.

Everyone says, “Eat more fiber.” Okay. But fiber isn't one thing. Different fibers do different things.

FiberBoom uses psyllium husk — a plant-based, gel-forming fiber with one particularly useful talent:

It loves water.

And that's where things get interesting.

Psyllium plant

HERE'S THE IMPORTANT BIT

Psyllium loves water.

Give psyllium water and it absorbs it. It swells and forms a soft gel.

That water-holding gel is one reason psyllium behaves differently from many other fibers. As it moves through the digestive system, it can increase the water content and volume of stool.

Psyllium. Water. That’s the point.

Give it time — your body might need a few days to adjust to psyllium.

ONE SMALL PROBLEM

They all taste good.

Pick one. Or don’t. Trying all three is a perfectly reasonable response.

YES. THERE'S ACTUAL SCIENCE.

Psyllium has receipts.

People have studied psyllium for decades: bowel function, cholesterol, blood sugar, and fullness. Actual trials. Actual numbers. Here they are.

01 / CONSTIPATION

Constipation

Psyllium absorbs water and increases the water content and volume of stool. Researchers have studied how this can help people with constipation.

More frequent bowel movements than with docusate, a stool-softening medicine.

McRorie et al., 1998 · 170 adults with chronic idiopathic constipation · 5.1g psyllium twice daily vs 100mg docusate twice daily · 2 weeks. Week 2 means; p = 0.02. This was not a no-treatment comparison.

02 / CHOLESTEROL

Cholesterol

Psyllium’s gel-forming fiber can reduce the reabsorption of bile acids.

Psyllium lowered LDL (“bad”) cholesterol across 28 controlled trials.

03 / BLOOD SUGAR

Blood sugar

The gel created by psyllium can slow the movement and absorption of nutrients from food.

People with type 2 diabetes had a lower post-breakfast glucose response during psyllium treatment.

04 / FULLNESS

Fullness

Because psyllium absorbs water and expands, researchers have also investigated whether it can increase feelings of fullness after eating.

People reported greater fullness after breakfast with psyllium compared with placebo.

Higher means fuller: −14.9 is higher than −21.7. These are averages over 4.5 hours after breakfast, not hourly readings.

FINE. LET'S TALK ABOUT POOP.

Good questions.

How much psyllium is actually in one bar?

FiberBoom contains 10g of psyllium husk per bar — roughly two spoonfuls.

How many bars should I eat?

Start with one bar per day. That’s the intended serving.

Do I actually need to drink water with it?

Yes. Psyllium absorbs water. Have FiberBoom with a generous glass of water and drink enough fluids throughout the day.

Will FiberBoom make me poop?

FiberBoom is a food containing psyllium husk, not a laxative or medicine. Psyllium has been studied in relation to constipation and bowel function, but individual responses vary.

Does one bar contain all the fiber I need?

No. FiberBoom gives you 10g of psyllium husk, but it should be part of a balanced diet containing other sources of fiber.

Why psyllium instead of another fiber?

Different fibers have different physical properties. Psyllium forms a water-holding gel — one of the properties behind many of its best-studied effects.

I’m taking a GLP-1 medication. Can I eat FiberBoom?

If you take medication and aren’t sure whether psyllium is appropriate for you, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

I’m taking other medication. What then?

Ask your doctor or pharmacist whether psyllium is appropriate for you and whether it should be taken separately from your medication.

Where can I see the evidence?

Right below this. Actual papers. Actual links. Go wild.

DON'T TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT
